Ferienunterkünfte mit Sauna in Province of Siena

Sehr schöne Unterkunft! Neu, modern, gut angelegt und extrem sauber! Wir haben den Pool, die Klimaanlage sowie die Parkmöglichkeiten sehr genossen.

Ruhige Lage, abgelegen, sauberer Pool und schöne Aussicht, saubere und geräumige Zimmer, WLAN funktioniert am besten am Pool, aber je nach Lage des Zimmers im Obergeschoss. Es gibt 80 $ Euro Reinigungsgebühr in bar zu zahlen, ich hatte 100 $ Bargeld übrig, also war es in Ordnung, also achte darauf, Bargeld zur Hand zu haben. Noemi bot Empfehlungen für Abendessen und Supermarkt, die großartig waren. Insgesamt gute Erfahrung für ruhige und entspannende Nächte.

Unglaublicher Aufenthalt, hat unser Jubiläum unvergesslich gemacht. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, bis ins kleinste Detail gepflegt und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend im Grünen, wirklich spektakulär! Die Besitzer sind zwei nette Leute, sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und bereit, für alle Fälle zu helfen, sie haben uns wie zu Hause fühlen lassen! Wir haben den Entspannungsbereich genutzt, der mit einer privaten Sauna ausgestattet ist, sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail (Handtücher, Bademäntel und Hausschuhe) und einem räumlichen Whirlpool ausgestattet, das Wasser war gut beheizt (meiner Meinung nach perfekte Temperatur) und der Besitzer, Gigi, war so nett, einen Aperitif am Pool mit Sekt und Snacks zu organisieren. Ich würde sagen, alles sehr perfekt für unseren Anlass. Ein Ort, den ich auf jeden Fall im Herzen tragen werde, in den ich gerne wiederkommen werde! Danke dafür 🥰

We had a fantastic stay here with our two kids. Cosimo was very responsive and helpful, he helped us arrange car transfers from the Pisa airport and to our next destination in Tuscany. The apartment is beautiful, a great mix of old charm and modern amenities. Bathrooms had great water pressure and rain shower! Beds were super comfortable! He even left us some fresh bread from the bakery and sliced meats. A great host!! Walkable to everything in San Gimignano, but in a quiet, relaxing alley. I loved being close to the walled area so it was easy to get our luggage into the car less town. Tv was nice to watch Netflix. For our son. Beautiful courtyard. Would recommend and stay again!!

Die Lage ist perfekt für alle, die die Toskana mit dem Auto kennenlernen möchten. Es liegt in der Nähe aller Städte und besten Weingüter. Das steinerne Stadthaus in den Bergen, in der Nähe des Dorfes, wo alles ist.

La Cetina war eine großartige Lage abseits der ausgetretenen Pfade in der Nähe von Sienna und diente als unsere zentrale Lage, um alle großartigen Orte in der Toskana zu besuchen. Mariana war eine großartige Gastgeberin und machte es uns von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise leicht. Die Ausstattung war großartig und wie beschrieben. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, sprach beinahe besser Deutsch als wir und war auch für Nachfragen verfügbar.

alles wie beschrieben, ein schöner Ort (fast alles, weil die Kurtaxe 2 Euro pro Tag beträgt und in der Beschreibung 1 Euro) das Haus und die Gegend sind perfekt. Echte Toskana

L'appartamento spicca per la posizione perfetta: vicinissimo al centro storico di Siena, tanto da poterlo raggiungere comodamente a piedi in 10', e abbastanza lontano dal traffico delle principali vie da poter godere della pace di una residenza in campagna. La cura nella pulizia e nella manutenzione della villa salta subito all'occhio, così come la cura nell'andare incontro alle richieste e le necessità dell'ospite (nel nostro caso in merito al check-in, le forniture per un bimbo piccolo, l'utilizzo della piscina fuori dagli orari stabiliti). Le dotazioni dell'appartamento sono andate oltre le nostre aspettative, abbiamo fatto buon uso di una macchina per il ghiaccio durante tutto il soggiorno e del gazebo con bbq. Maurizio’s apartment is small but perfect for two people. It is close to all of the sights, restaurants and pleasures of San Gimignano. Maurizio is an excellent host where nothing was too much trouble. He responded quickly to any questions that we had.

Abbiamo alloggiato nel periodo di Capodanno. Il podere si trova immerso nelle colline toscane, perfetto per una fuga di relax e benessere/tranquillita. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti pochi servizi ma la zona è un ottimo compromesso per chi vuole fuggire dalla routine e allo stesso tempo visitare le zone più belle della Toscana (Montalcino, Valle D’orcia…). La struttura è in stile tipico toscano in sassi. L’appartamento in cui abbiamo alloggiato era adatto alle nostre esigenze, curato nell’arredo (semplice ma piacevole) e dotato di tutto il necessario. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la cordialità e le attenzioni che i proprietari ci hanno riservato all’arrivo e durante la permanenza, rendendosi disponibili per ogni cosa. Questa cura del dettaglio è emersa in diverse occasioni (per essmpio il cestino dí benvenuto con l’olio prodotto da loro, buonissimo). All’esterno sono presenti una sauna e una tinozza riscaldata, é stata un’esperienza da sogno: colline, vino, lanterne, aperitivo, braciere…

Très bon séjour. Nous avons pu profiter. C'est spacieux. Très agréable. Neuf et propre et les lits sont confortables. La proximité avec la route n'est pas gênante. Peu de passage la nuit.

io e la mia compagna per il primo maggio abbiamo deciso di soggiornare in questa struttura da favola. Situata in un palazzo storico a castiglion fiorentino (paesino molto più carino di quello ci aspettassimo, visto che il nostro obiettivo era arezzo raggiungibile in 20-30 min) la stanza era veramente incantevole, grande ed arredata con cura.. vasca idromassaggio enorme.. e poi la sauna in camera è stato veramente un plus in più... a disposizione minifrigo con acqua brioche muffin marmellate e altri dolcetti..infine voto 10 alla gentilezza e la premura di fabiana che insieme a suo marito ci hanno accompagnato dal parcheggio alla struttura descrivendo tutto con passione e precisione.....bottiglia di prosecco di benvenuto offerta all'arrivo... che dire..grazie 🙂👋

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Rocca Prataia! Das Airbnb ist sehr idyllisch in der Natur gelegen und auch der schöne Pool und die Terrasse laden zum Entspannen ein 🌱 Anja hat uns viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben, sodass wir die Gegend ideal erkunden konnten.

Wir waren eine Woche lang mit unserer Freundesgruppe im Haus von Aldo und seinem Sohn. Die Kommunikation mit ihnen war sehr unkompliziert und bei Problemen wurde uns schnell geholfen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Mit der Sauna und dem großen Pool im Garten gibt es kaum einen Grund das Haus zu verlassen. Und falls man doch mal Lust auf einen Ausflug hat, sind gute Eisdielen und schöne kleine Städtchen, wie Cortona, in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Danke für diese wundervolle, entspannte Woche!

Das Haus ist wunderschön und perfekt ausgestattet. Besonders der wirklich große Pool und der sehr saubere Wellnessbereich sind hervorzuheben. Luciano und seine Familie waren sehr hilfreich und immer zugegen wenn man was braucht. Der Ausblick über das Val‘d‘Arno ist ein Traum und in 20 Min. Ist man in Arezzo. Auf eines möchte ich hinweisen: Die Betten sind in Top-Qualität und die Matratzen sind sehr fest. Wenn jemand weiche Boxspringbetten bevorzugt, könnten sie zu hart erscheinen. Das soll jetzt keine Kritik sein, nur ein Hinweis. Uns hat es sonst an nichts gefehlt (außer an besserem Wetter) und können uns gut vorstellen wieder zu kommen. Grazie mille é distinti saluti!

Marco's house is fantastic: so comfortable and well-fitted out, with views that really have to be seen to be believed. Beautiful sunsets on one of the two dining terraces was always a highlight. Some pretty walking in the area which is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. The 5 bedrooms are all a good size and the beds are very comfortable, with ample closet space. It's quiet at night (and during the day too, due to the hilltop location). Very easy to get to the old town, train station, etc using the taxi service. We had a car which we found useful for grocery shopping and running errands (like picking up pastries at Buti most mornings....), but you could get along with out a car bassed on the easy taxi service. Marco is an wonderful host and provides lots of recommendations for restaurants, which are helpful. We had one minor problem with the lock on the kitchen door, which was resolved immediately. Marco is very responsive to texts. HIghly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay in the house of David! The interior inside the house is really lovely and well choosen :-) the house is perfectly for a couple who wants to enjoy the silents and nature, total privacy is a real fact here. Mega plus is the pool that is big enough for swimming. Super easy check-in/check-out.

After 8 hours of delay with our flight we arrived in the middle of the night at 2:15am. Nevertheless, Luciano and his daughter were there for us to help us with checkin. The house is super well equiped and everything is there for a great holiday. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, ping pong table and beautiful garden. The surroundings and view are spectacular. Communication wiith Luciano was a pleasure and super helpful and responsive. We are thankful to have visited this unique place. Thank you Luciano for welcoming us.
