Das Haus ist in Alleinlage und hat keine direkten Nachbarn, sodass man mit den Vögeln aufwacht. Der riesige Garten, die Olivenbäume und verschiedenste Obstbäume laden zum entdecken ein. Am Ende des Hügels ist ein eigener Bach!
