This is my own primary residence but I'll be gone so you are welcome to take off your shoes & make yourself comfy. The neighborhood is quiet & clean. My home is hidden in a small forest within, making it soothing and calming. You are 5 minutes from I-516 so commuting into downtown at night is convenient. The kitchen is fully equipped, bathrooms are stocked with hotel toiletries, bedding has new sheets & blankets. Plenty of parking & fence in backyard for supervised pets. Mi casa es su casa!

1 king bed, 1 bath private guest suite. Separate living area with kitchenette. Kitchenette has mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Private entrance and HVAC controls. You have to walk up a spiral staircase to get to the balcony entrance. This is a large property and there are multiple guest units. Tons of space to hang clothes. Bedroom opens up to private deck, patio set, charcoal grill, & fire pit. Private 3 bedroom house

Great off street parking. Minutes from Airport, Gulfstream and 15 minutes to Downtown Savannah. Nice safe neighborhood. Fire pit with large fenced in backyard, perfect for small gatherings. Shore Power for RV Cam Lock Hook Up and 5 minutes to camping world. There will be a pet fee of $25-$50 based on pet size. This fee will be added once you book. We apologize if this turns anyone off but it takes on average another hour and a half to cleanup afterwards.

Half House Savannah

Laid back guest house located close to the marshes and 15 minutes south of the Historic District. Quiet, serene locale with private entrance, large yard and relaxed interior that includes a queen bed with a desk and kitchenette area. Nestled under a grand live oak, the Half House is home to many bird species and a barred owl that often takes residence upon the branches. Feel free to enjoy the fire pit and private yard...laundry available on site as well.
