Perlini is located in a residential area of the city, 5 min away from the old town and 3 min from the city beach Kolovare. Self check-in if you want. The building is one of the few that remained intact after the World War II and as such occupies an important place in the history of the city of Zadar. In 1901, the building was built by Italian police inspector Perlini. The building is an old lady, but the apartment is new and modern.

Shopping mall with grocery stores is 2 minutes away, beach and old city 10 minutes walking distance. You have your own garden terrace with table and chairs and free parking.
