Dispone di un piccolo soggiorno, angolo cottura con 2 piastre, frigo e forno a microonde, un bagno interno ed al piano superiore una camera da letto con due letti singoli. Ha il riscaldamento autonomo, acqua calda e tutti gli attrezzi da cucina. Era un piccolo caseificio dal XVIII secolo a 30 anni fa ed è tutto in pietra locale, ristrutturato filologicamente. The cottage is made up of an independent unit set in the Prosecco DOCG vineyards which, together with the chestnut woods, cover the surrounding hills. From here, lulled by the sound of the wind and the chirping of birds, guests can view the village of Rolle, with its bells that have traditionally cadenced the work in the fields, the surrounding hills and Mount Cesen. The small, old house was once the residence and workshop of artisans who made the famous local "olle", namely earthenware pots.

Greetings! We are a couple renting out a cozy two-rooms, self-contained apartment just outside Polcenigo. We live in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, and the apartment is on the ground floor of our family house, with its own private entrance. The property is newly renovated, well insulated, and climatically comfortable, with heating and AC powered by solar energy. Nearby, there are two public car parks (one of which is sheltered), a bus stop, and lots of trekking trails waiting for you!

Ursprünglich war Zoldan House eine Ruine von 1874. Im Jahr 2013 komplett renoviert und vergrößert. Es befindet sich im Zentrum von Coltura neben der Kirche von San Lorenzo und in der Nähe der Straße Pedemontana (SP29). Das Haus verfügt über 5 Einheiten, die auf den großen Innenhof des Anwesens blicken, der von den ursprünglichen Mauern begrenzt wird. Dort gibt es auch 5 Parkplätze, einen Außentisch mit Bänken und einen gemauerten Grill für alle Gäste des Hauses.
