Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Apartment Rosa is located in the city of Krk, near the city center (700m) and near the beach (600m). The apartment has private jacuzzi, towels, a bathrobe, mini cosmetics, slippers, a hair dryer, an iron, board games, spices in the kitchen, coffee, tea, honey, sugar... If something is missing, I'll bring it to you :) The most important thing is that you have your own peace and a private yard and free&safe parking. Apartment Rosa is pet friendly, each pet has its own bowls for food and water :)

Villa Lord ist eine luxuriös eingerichtete Villa in ruhiger Lage, nahe am Meer mit wunderschönem Meerblick. Es bietet Platz für 12 Personen (maximal 8 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) in 4 Schlafzimmern mit Bad (3 Doppelzimmer mit Bad und 1 Schlafzimmer mit Bad und zwei miteinander verbundenen Etagenbetten). Die Gäste können eine voll ausgestattete Küche im Innen- und Außenbereich, einen Wohnbereich, eine Innensauna, einen Whirlpool im Freien und einen beheizten Außenpool mit Sonnenbereich genießen.

Dobrodošli u studio apartman Pisino. Nalazimo se u samoj povijesnoj jezgri grada Pazina uz srednjovjekovni Pazinski kaštel, a s prozora odmah vidite spust zip linea preko pazinske jame. Na raspolaganju vam je apartman od 70 m2 otvorenog prostora, u prizemlju se nalazi potpuno opremljena kuhinja, dnevni boravak s tv-om te wc s tušom. Na katu je smještena spavaća soba kao otvorena galerija sa velikim tv-om, a uz nju i wc s tuš kadom. Prostor je klimatiziran i imate besplatni WiFi.

Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

Light-flooded apartment (loft) in a villa with a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains beyond. 65 m2 apartment with a roof terrace that offers a 250 degree view. 300 meters as the birds flies and 5 minutes on foot via a staircase to the sea. Very quiet residential area. Free parking space. The forest with paths for walking and hiking are just behind the house. Healthy living because ecological building materials were used. The beautiful holiday house Linna is located in Pinezići. It has a large swimming pool and a breath-taking seaview. It is located close to the sea. The house has a spacious living room and a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Outside of the house there is a covered terrace and sun loungers. There is also an outdoor barbecue area. The house is fully air-conditioned and has a free wifi. Pets are welcome.

Old stone house located in an abandoned rustic village with only 3 houses. The house has a large fenced yard 700m2 and terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the island of Cres. It is self-sustaining and gets electricity and water from natural resources.Keep on mind that there is an unpaved road leads to the house.
