This is a great and recently remodeled Upstairs apartment; it has everything you need for short or long-term stays. You will have the whole apartment for you and your family. We also have another separate apartment downstairs which is also for short term rentals. During winter, heated snow mats will be around the stairs and walkways. You will be responsible for keeping your car space clear of snow. Tools will be provided (it's a small area)
