On the lower-level are 2 bedrooms with bathrooms & sliding doors leading out to the backyard. Only 10min to Lake Powell, 15min to Page, 22min to Horseshoe Bend, & 25min to Antelope Canyon.

The backyard is very serene and well kept with a few fruit trees, so feel free to enjoy some fresh plums, pears, or cherries depending on season.
