Mökki on täysin varusteltu ja siellä on sisävessa ja suihku sekä hyvät vuoteet. Lähistöltä löydät monta käynti kohdetta, kiinnostaisiko vaikkapa Powerpark tai Wanha Markki? Talvella laskettelu Simpsiöllä tai retki kodalle. Käytössäsi ovat 2kpl retkiluistimia, liukulumikenkiä, sup-laudat, soutuvene.

The house 100 meters from the sea invites to beautiful experiences in a wonderful environment, relaxation and peacefulness. The house has 3 floors, only 2 floors (ground floor+basement) are in use for you. Nobody is using the upper floor. 700 meters to the nearest swimming beach. Rowing boat below the house. Common outdoor sauna, 10€/time.

Maaseudun rauhaa, oma piha ja trampoliini, silti myös keskustan kaupat ja mukavuudet lähellä. Talossa omakotitalon mukavuudet :) Keittiössä hyvä varustelu, saunassa heti valmis kiuas, poreallas, takkoja, isot huoneet ja avaruutta, 5 makuuhuonetta ja lisävuoteita parvella. Yli 10 hlö vain sopimuksen mukaan.

Kohde mahdollistaa isommankin porukan rennon yhdessäolon, niin tilojen puitteissa kuin myös kylpy/saunaosaston, jossa 10 m pitkä lämmitetty sisäuima-allas. Alakerran isoon näyttöön voi liittä omat laitteet esim. palaveria varten, näinollen esim. tyky-päivät onnistuvat mainiosti. Vaasan keskustaa 21 km.

Vindsvåning, 44 m2, med gammaldags charm i en trevlig och lugn omgivning nära centrum. Egen ingång. Gratis parkering på bakgården. Lägenheten består av 2 rum och kök samt badrum. I köket hittas all nödvändig utrustning samt tvättmaskin i badrummet. AC finns, vilket kommer väl till pass under varma sommardagar. Sängkläder tillhandahålls, men ni bäddar själv. Passar utmärkt för 1 – 4 personer (en sovplats är en bäddbar soffa)

Cute house in the centre of Nykarleby. One bedroom with a 160cm bed, and a convertible sofa in the upstairs hallway. Fully equiped kitchen, and a big outdoor patio with grill and outdoor seating. A big sauna is located in the bathroom. The house is our private recidence, and we have our belongings in the house. The house is located 350m from a supermarket.
