It has a private bathroom, small kitchen amenities (microwave,toaster,kettle). 1 mile from the City Hospital an 3 miles from M1,J26. Quiet neighbourhood, with space to park outside.

The double French patio doors of the sitting room open up straight on to the charming landscaping garden.
