Garden Escape: Guesthouse next to Woodlands

The treehouse is currently out of bounds for safety reasons. We are very sorry for any disappointment. Strongly advised to arrive by car or taxi, especially at weekends. 1 King bed, 1 double sofa bed all in an open plan living space with a small kitchen area. Separate shower room. We have 14 acres of wood and the outhouse sits next to it. There are footpaths in the country from our doorstep. Oxford is 3.5 miles away. There is a risk of ticks due to the wildlife. Sitting room has large comfy sofa with TV. Tea, coffee, milk, internet, light breakfast provided There are a number delicious local takeaways who will deliver to this location. Also the local pub provide a collection service from their Covid menu (5 min walk).

Set in the heart of the Cotswolds in the Windrush Valley, our guest house is set at the end of the garden and perfect for those wanting a short escape. The guest house is a newly converted, beautiful stone cottage, with an open plan living space, fully stocked kitchen and king bed or twin beds with ensuite bathroom. There are wonderful walks and cycling right on our doorstep.

This unique accommodation has a style all of its own. The property has a studio apartment style with classic country charm. It looks out onto its own patio in a shared garden. There is access to an indoor heated pool. However, please note that the pool will be closed from time to time for maintenance and other events or private bookings.
