The harbour and town beaches are a 5 minute stroll whilst a 15 minute walk will get you to Fistral beach. The Apartment has a parking space to the rear, which is a highly sought after commodity in the busy season. The apartment suits couples and small families and enjoys views across the town and out to sea, taking in sunset.

A cosy and quaint space, with everything you need for a beach break- panoramic views from front and back of the flat, a view over fistral beach to the rear, and across the town beaches to the front! Whether you’re curled up in bed or enjoying a cuppa in the front room, the views are stunning. There is on street parking to the front of the property, but it is a central location and spaces are limited. There is a council car park 30m up the hill from the flat, and a privately owned one opposite!

The cottage is alongside our bungalow at Pentire, with parking on the driveway. Your entrance is separate and secure. The gate opens onto an undercover deck and into an open plan kitchen lounge dining area with 55 " smart TV. The bedroom has a king-size bed built in a wardrobe and 1.5 ensuits. High-speed internet. 20 min walk to town.

It is situated at the end of our home garden with separate access through the side gate to come and go as you please & a private patio/garden area for yourself to use. There is easy access parking (1 car) in our spacious driveway. You may see us and our teenage puppy in the garden at some point, so feel free to say hi! There is an open planned layout throughout for light and space and small courtyards to the front and rear. Perfect for couples wanting to holiday in Newquay! We always want to achieve a 5* rating!
