Garn-y-Skirrid is an wooden cabin with wildlife friendly garden for 1 or 2 people with shower room and well equipped kitchenette. Close to the Brecon Beacons, just 3 miles from Abergavenny with outstanding views and ideal for enjoying all the outdoor opportunities: walking, cycling, wild swimming etc. £10 per night discount for single occupancy. One pet welcome but not in Feb/ March/April when we are lambing. A warm welcome is extended to all guests by the owners, Tom and Marjorie, next door.

Relax and immerse yourself in nature without compromising on luxury in our beautiful woodland cabin, nestled in a stunning private woodland on our farm. Outside there is a large decked area with seating and a wood fired pizza oven. There is a separate fire pit area perfect for sitting around and toasting marshmallows or cooking on. The highlight has to be relaxing in the wood fired hot tub with trees all around you, bliss! Inside there's everything you'll need for a relaxing, romantic getaway!

Ideal for enjoying the Wye Valley and Herefordshire countryside on 2 wheels or 4 (lockable bike store included), walking nearby footpaths, visiting nearby pubs/restaurants and attractions, working or simply chilling out. 10 mins from the M50 with easy access to picturesque Ross On Wye, historic Hereford, Hay on Wye, Monmouth, South Wales, the Forest of Dean and Abergavenny. It’s a special place with a rich history, scenic landscapes, friendly people and many outdoor pursuits. Forest View Cabin is perfectly placed for exploring. At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, it’s a peaceful hillside location set in a half-acre garden at the Old Cottage. The log style cabin enjoys panoramic views of the woods and garden.

Daisy Lodge is set in the garden of our beautiful country home, see location photo for proximity to our home. We are 3.2 miles from the wonderful market town of Abergavenny, gateway to the Beacons National Park. We have amazing views of Skirrid Mountain and countryside. You can roam freely around our 5 acres of land/garden . We supply outside furniture and sole use of our external hot tub, please note it’s available for use all year around, a disclaimer to be signed prior to use.

The cabin is suitable for 2 people, open living area with kitchen. Mezzanine level bedroom with a beautiful glass roof for stargazing, en-suite wet room. Private outdoor seating area with fire pit. Welsh cakes, Eggs, milk provided to enjoy in the peaceful countryside. We do not accept Hens/Stags, Parties or Pets.
