Unser Haus verfügt über 3 im Jahr 2017 sanierte vollklimatisierte 4* Apartments, Pool und einen großen Gartenbereich den jeder nutzen kann. Bis zum Meer sind es 7 Gehminuten, in das Örtchen Ika 10 Gehminuten und in den Stadtkern von Lovran 15 Gehminuten. Fußläufig sind zwei Supermärkte zu erreichen. Die nächst größere Stadt, Opatija, erreicht man über Franz-Josef-Weg am Meer entlang in 6 km oder in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto/Bus. Jedes Apartment verfügt über einen sicheren Parkplatz im Hof.

Più vicino a 9 km si trovano Gemona del Friuli e Venzone .Per il periodo invernale le zone sciistiche sono lo Zoncolan a 35km , Tarvisio 45 km e Nassfeld
