"Watching the birds fly overhead, from the comfort of a relaxing bed. Watching the trees in the winds sway, all my worries seem faraway. Quaint country pubs on your doorstep and hundreds of stunning walking and biking trails to enjoy at your leisure! Use of large garden shared with a friendly cat.

Cheerful 5 bedroom house with off street parking

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The house is very spacious with a good sized garden. Four double bedrooms and one single bedroom. Master suite with ensuite bathroom. Main bathroom and also shower room downstairs. Plenty of kitchen area with bar seating and also washing machine in separate annexe area. Excellent transport facilities nearby with both buses and trains. Very close to The Epsom Downs Racecourse. Excellent walking area.

A luxury barn conversion Bramley, near Guildford

The Piggery is a cosy barn of 530sqft with exposed oak beams and flagstone floors that sleeps two people. Located in a small hamlet on the edge of Bramley village, within an area of great landscape value, just off the A281. It has easy access to numerous good pubs, walking and cycling in the beautiful countryside. The river Wey is a 5-minute walk from a footpath directly from our house. We have recently added a 2-person hot tub to the listing.

The Granary at Coes Vineyard, East Sussex

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Ideally situated between the villages of Ripley and Send and a stone’s throw from RHS Wisley, Woking and Guildford with easy and fast access by train into London. 2 night minimum stay.
