Our comfortable king-size bedroom with own bathroom, in a separate area upstairs in our house, overlooks a lovely walled garden in the heart of one of the most beautiful villages in England. We also have an adjacent smaller twin bedroom which is available for the same group or perfect for families with children (aged 5 upwards). Both bedrooms share the same private bathroom. NB 2 night minimum stay over Easter We are perfectly placed to enjoy Constable country and the coast is nearby too.

Really easy to find and up a small track with huge amounts of greenery, trees and wonderful views. Very quiet location, perfect to rest up in. Amazing host who can't do enough for you, fantastic cooked breakfast and classic farmhouse style decor. Only 20 minutes from Ipswich. If you have any questions just ask!

No.6 is only 5/10 min walk from Coach/ Railway Station, market square/shops/theatre/Abbey gardens, shopping centre Arc and theatre Apex. The Private, cosy room, overlooking the back garden has a private bathroom (with shower, WC and basin)., WiFi, central heating, Free -View TV. Key safe access for late arrivals by front door. A rural annexe offering very comfortable, peaceful, accommodation, 2 double or twin rooms with Sky TV, Wifi, a sitting room with TV. Easy reach of Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge, Stansted Airport, Haverhill. Good local pubs/restaurants. Being located in a rural/countryside location, there are lovely walks and cycling routes enabling guests to enjoy the surrounding villages and local area. Pop can help with these outdoor pursuits aswell as any other interests in the local area.

Barn and stable buildings for a rural stay

We would love to welcome you to our quiet little spot in Suffolk and hope you would like to come and enjoy some time here with us. Over the pandemic many changes have taken place and through various circumstances we are now looking to hire out our beautiful barn and bedroom buildings as a self contained unit rather than bed and breakfast accommodation. This does mean that the current set up is a little unique but we hope we can provide guests with a spot to get away and enjoy.

This room features double bed with a contemporary bathroom with walk-in shower. Comfy sofa and TV with SKY TV and a fully fitted kitchen: oven, hob, fridge and a seating area for diners with lovely views from French doors. The sofa bed provides sleeping for 2 little ones Enjoy our traditional breakfast using local ingredients served with fresh fruits and cereals. Wifi is not available in this room, but can be picked up around the Farm.

Enjoy a relaxing and restful stay in this beautifully converted little barn, located in the lovely Suffolk countryside on the Shotley peninsula near Woolverstone. Close to the rivers Orwell and Stour and surrounded by many splendid walking opportunities and restored in the grounds of the Red Lion, one of the loveliest restaurants in the area.

Maltings Loft is 10 miles from Bury St Edmunds and Diss just off the A143 in the Village of Hepworth. Our accommodation offers Bed and Breakfast with self serve continental breakfast. A microwave is provided for your convenience. There are no cooking facilities.The loft is an open plan living space with a bedroom and ensuite shower room.
