Asheville known for its micro-breweries and eclectic downtown is an hour away.

You'll feel like you're miles away from the hustle and bustle of the city, even though you're just a short drive to downtown Marion and Lake James. With comfortable furnishings and plenty of space to relax, our rental is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony or watch the sunset over the horizon - either way, you're in for a treat.

We are back open after Hurricane Helene and appreciate your business. The storm did a lot of tree damage but the property is ready to go. Hiking trails are use at your own risk and the Blue Ridge Parkway is currently closed. This campsite is located in the heart of the forest, off of the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway. 4 wheel drive required in winter, shower and sink not available when below freezing. There will be access to water at the faucet just outside the camper and a flushing toilet.
