Es ist komplett ausgestattet und hat ein Wohnzimmer mit Küche und Esszimmer, 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer (Dusche, WC) und ein weiteres separates WC. Die Wohnung ist ideal für 6 und 2 weitere Personen können auf Sofabett schlafen. Schlafzimmer haben Balkons, das Wohnzimmer eine große Terrasse mit Tisch, Sitzecke und Blick auf das Meer. Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars. The best location. Apartment is well acquiped with everything (air conditions, etc..) Parking is secured for one vehicle, right next to the apartment.

Located in the picturesque little town of Volosko, 10 steps from the sea, surrounded by little coffees and restaurants well known for their fish specialties. The seaside walk is 12 km long scattered sparks with pebbles and sea-leveled rocks, beaches with possibility to rent paddle boards, water ski and canoe.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
