Discover the Threshing Barn, an ideal spot for family or group gatherings. Enjoy the spacious double-height kitchen and the cozy lounge with woodburner. Unwind in the covered hot tub and sauna, take a dip in the heated pool (open May to Sept) or play table tennis, pool, and table football. Explore nearby footpaths leading to three excellent pubs. We can help organise catering, pampering, and a wide range of activities, from archery and shooting to cider tasting, both on-site and off-site.

This Somerset hamstone cottage is a 3-minute walk to the village centre which oozes life with butchers, bakers, pub, deli, greengrocers and lots more.

Walking distance to a well stocked village shop and local country pub.

Portcullis End Cottage is a quirkily-decorated self-catering retreat giving you the best of both worlds: 5 mins walk from the river, independent High Street, cafes & shops. Bring your SUP, bike or kayak! There's a small private courtyard for alfresco dining and stargazing. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome with no fee, please get in touch if you have more than 2 dogs. There are no other dogs on the premises. PLS NOTE: This private location has a strict no-visitors policy.

Myrtle cottage is a modern, dedicated living space annexed to our 17th century thatched cottage. Pitney itself is a delightful small village situated above The Levels. There is a traditional pub serving real ales, local ciders and great home cooked food and the superb Pitney Farm shop offering organic meat and veg from the mixed farm & market garden. The area offers lovely walks directly from our garden up into the hills at High Ham or down on to The Levels and the river Carey.
