The Sheep Pen @ Nantygwreiddyn Barns

Reconnect with nature and enjoy the spectacular views from our hill farm in the Black Mountains. The historic stone barn has been sympathetically converted into two adjoining cottages. The Sheep Pen, a double bedroom with a double sofa bed downstairs and The Byre, with two double bedrooms. Fully self contained with kitchen areas, internet, smart TVs, handy USB sockets in all rooms and bedding and towels provided. Guests have access to our 60 acres of land where we keep rare breed sheep and deer.

A great range of walks including Pen y Fan can be started from the front door. The traditional local pub (CAMRA award winner) is less than 150 metres away and serves a great variety of dishes. Have fun with the whole family in this Stylish and Beautifully converted cottage in the Heart of the Brecon Beacons. Nestle up in front of the wood burning stove on a cold night, enjoy a BBQ on the patio or a morning drink on the balcony. The cottage is within an active small holding complex that hosts a variety of friendly farm animals. Lots of local attractions, including Walking, cycling, water sports, horse riding, climbing and eating out at the local pub less than 100m down the road.

The hut gets it's name from the hill that dominates the view from the porch seat - Tor y foel.

Ideal for 2 people to get away to the beautiful Welsh countryside. The 'Little Barn' is located about 1.5 miles SW of the small town of Talgarth with fantastic views of the Black mountains. Ideal for a break whether it’s mountain walking, cycling, visiting the local book, food, countryside living or jazz festivals, or some peace and quiet to reflect on life. Has all kitchen amenities needed plus towels&bedding. There is a shower room with toilet and basin. WiFi and flat-screen TV.
