Located in the centre of the small town of Burton Latimer, the barn has ample free secure parking, with local shops, takeaways, parks and many quality restaurants on the doorstep. Easily accessed from A14 J10 and minutes from the larger towns of Kettering and Wellingborough from where central London is under an hour by train.

The Garden Cottage

The Garden Cottage is a great place to escape on a break or even a home from home while working away. An "upside-down" house. Downstairs finds 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower/utility room. Upstairs consists of an open plan kitchen and living area with views over the garden and the village rooftops. Having 7 years experience of hosting in The Garden Cottage, prior to AirBnB, our aim is to provide a private, comfortable, clean and peaceful space, whilst being available to help if needed.

The Cottage

‘The Cottage’ in Irchester is a lovely tiny getaway for a couple. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, t.v, free view box, small dining area with crockery and cutlery should you wish to have a take-away, tea/coffee making facilities and a tiny mini fridge. There is a shower room with a large walk-in shower. Outside you will find a courtyard with a comfy seating/dining area under a large gazebo. This gazebo will be for your private use. There is private parking on a gated gravel drive.

The Barn at Cross Lodge

Unique barn conversion in the village of Walgrave, Northamptonshire. Originally the 200 year old building housed farm animals and in 2023 it was converted into a fully furnished property with underfloor heating, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and large floor space that can be used as a gym. There is private parking in the courtyard area with an outdoor dining table and grapevine backdrop which captures the sun all day long making it a lovely space to relax in. Any questions please ask. Good transport links, lots of parks, and lakes, garden which you share with owner, I have 2 friendly Shih-Tzu dogs which do not enter the annex.
