Le Grand Bois

Le Grand Bois is a charming 18th century farmhouse renovated with taste and opening onto a large garden. It's a family house located in a hamlet 500 m from the Villecartier forest and 3km from Bazouges la Pérouse, a small village full of character. Old but resolutely modern by its comfort and its decoration, it is an ideal place for a family vacation or a friends getaway. The tranquility of the place will suit both people wishing to rest or being active seeking to discover the beautiful region.

Petit gîte entre terre et mer

Nous sommes la première maison (ou la dernière selon l’endroit d’où on arrive) d’un petit hameau très calme entre Dinan (à 20 mn) et Saint Malo (à 15 mn). Le gîte est un studio totalement indépendant sur notre propriété. Il est accessible par un escalier et est sans vis à vis. Il dispose d’un jardin privatif, lui aussi sans aucun vis à vis, avec table et chaises, parasol, table basse et transats, barbecue... La piscine, chauffée à 28 degrés n’est ouverte que l’été, du 26 juin au 6 septembre.

Vous découvrirez sa magnifique cheminée monumentale et vous tomberez sous le charme de cet édifice authentique, chargé d'histoire avec tout le confort moderne au coeur d'un beau parc de 3 hectares avec son étang à seulement 15 min à pieds du centre historique ou 3 min en bus gratuit.

Au 1er étage une chambre/Sdb/WC. 2e étage en mezzanine 2 chambres traversantes. Bénéficier aussi du petit patio attenant indépendant. Située dans le "triangle d'or" Saint Malo, Dinan, Mont Saint Michel. A 1500m de la Rance et 14km de la mer. Une expérience est possible pour découvrir Les bords de rance en mobylette avec les rétroviseurs

Nous proposons à la location, dans le bourg de Saint-Georges-de-Gréhaigne, cette charmante longère rénovée en 2024. D’une surface de 90 m², elle peut accueillir jusqu’à 6 voyageurs. Elle comprend une pièce à vivre de 45 m², une cuisine équipée, deux chambres, une salle de bain, des WC séparés, ainsi qu’un extérieur d’environ 100 m². Welcome to the Solidor dungeon! The Moonrise welcomes you to the third and last floor of the Cité Solidor. From the top of this duplex "quasi watchtower", you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the bay of Saint-Servan. Located on an exceptional site (the City of Aleth), you will stay a few steps from the beaches of Solidor and the lower Sablons, just 15 minutes on foot from the intramuros.

Romantic storytelling house

This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
