Bonjour! Wir sind Sandra und Roy, zwei junge Deutsche, die sich Ende 2020 im grünen Herzen Frankreichs niedergelassen haben. Wir sprechen ein wenig Französisch, Englisch und unsere Muttersprache Deutsch. Wir laden Sie ein, die Ruhe und den Charme unserer neuen Heimat zu entdecken. Bei uns finden Sie einen rustikalen Gemüsegarten und freilebende Tiere wie Hängebauchschweine, Hühner, Enten und Hasen. Unsere zwei Katzen Panthera und Chaudchat freuen sich, wenn sie von Ihnen gestreichelt werden! :)

Gite de Rosaraie

Charming split level, open plan gite, converted from an old stone barn attached to the family fermette set amongst fields, hedgerows and trees. Wood burning stove heating.Located on a peaceful rural lane close to the local village. Wonderful forest walks in close proximity. All mod cons and plenty of car parking space. Light and airy. There are numerous places of interest in the area serving a wide variety of tastes, as well as plenty of routes to explore for ramblers, walkers and cyclists.

Superbe gîte en pleine nature

Détendez-vous dans ce gîte du 16ème siècle entièrement restauré, au coeur du domaine de 11 Ha, agrémenté de chênes centenaires. Vous profiterez d'un cadre apaisant et serein à 1h15 de Bordeaux et des plages océanes de Hossegor, avec de nombreuses balades pédestres ou à vélo, à 10 minutes de toutes les commodités. A disposition : ping-pong, trampoline, raquettes, pétanque, fléchettes, babyfoot. Piscine uniquement en juillet et août : salée, chauffée, sécurisée, 12mx6m, ouverte de 12h à 20h.

Entourés de la forêt limousine, mais à 2 km de petits commerces , vous vivrez dans ce gîte un calme exceptionnel, la sensation d'être retirés du monde, le charme oublié des nuits obscures. Au sein de la propriété de 8 ha, 4 étangs privés et une rivière raviront les pêcheurs, les amateurs de promenade en barque ... Le gîte est aussi le point de départ de superbes randonnées, à pied ou en VTT. A 7 minutes en voiture, le lac de Saint Pardoux, ses plages et centre aquatique, ses sports nautiques.

Petite maison berrichonne au coeur du bocage

Cette petite maison est située à 5 minutes de l’A20, 10 km d’Argenton-sur-Creuse, 10 km de Saint-Benoît-du-Sault, 14 km d’Eguzon : vous pourrez ainsi découvrir facilement toute cette belle région. Attention, la maison n’a pas le wifi et le réseau téléphonique n’est pas très bon : vous serez donc obligés de vous détendre, de vous reposer et de profiter de la nature ! En hiver, le chauffage se fait uniquement au poêle à bois. Vous pourrez vous installer dans les fauteuils, bien au chaud.

La Maison Mignonne is renovated stone cottage, situated in a quiet hamlet in the Haute-Vienne region of South West France. It has been sympathetically restored, combining traditional character with contemporary comfort. There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two singles), bathroom (with bath and shower), and open plan lounge-kitchen downstairs. All mod cons are provided: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, wood-burning stove, TV.
