Our guests' highest praises include private, quiet, serene, safe and secluded; attributes we're fortunate to claim We have no neighbors while being so close to so much. Fantastic studio consisting of a comfortable queen bed, and small kitchenette, perfect for a long term stay or weekend get away. Parking on premises. Unit was newly renovated and is impeccably kept. Minutes away from popular Indian Rocks beach / Belleair beach and clear water beach. Easy hassle free check in. (This is a one room studio with 1 queen bed as shown) this is a private apartment with its own front door. Not a shared space. Close to the Largo hospital, medical students welcome!

Quiet & Cozy Guesthouse minutes to the beach.

Newly remodeled, quiet and cozy guest house on a cul de sac. Great location close to shopping/restaurants, 4 miles to Gulf Blvd where you will find many beautiful beaches, Clearwater, St Pete etc. 1 Bedroom, queen bed, and sofa bed in living room which pulls out to a queen bed. Full kitchen with all the extras. Cable TV, WiFi, 1 private parking spot (can accommodate 2 or recreational vehicle just need a heads up). Access to washer/dryer for stays 4 nights or more. No pets, no children under 8.

Our home is beautifully updated, fully furnished and decorated in a beach theme. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen. We have a beautiful pond in the back. Perfect for you to relax and BBQ while enjoying our wonderful Florida weather. The house has a Smart TV, Internet w/Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and much more. Everything you need to make your stay perfect. We are close to great shopping, dining and to some of Florida's best beaches.

Private Pool, Jacuzzi, Walk to Beach.

This Guest Suite is a large Studio Apt(360 sq ft) attached to our home. It has a private entrance, a large bath, large bedroom with pool view and private deck. Also includes a kitchenette with full size fridge, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. No Stove. Complimentary breakfast snacks including Coffee, tea and biscuits. Relax on the deck and watch the birds on the bird feeder or grab our bikes, beach chairs and head to the beach. Grill available. Please read house rules before booking.
