Das Ferienhaus liegt in ruhiger Lage am Ufer des Flusses Iijoki. Das Ferienhaus bietet Platz für 1-3 Personen. Ruderboot, Schwimmen und Angeln möglich. Reitstall Yliranta 6 km, Zentrum von Ii 11 km. Das Ferienhaus verfügt über einen Kamin und eine separate holzbeheizte Sauna. Das Ferienhaus verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete Küche und Bettwäsche. Brennholz im Preis inbegriffen. Bettwäsche gegen einen Aufpreis von 10 €/Person. Haustiere nach Vereinbarung 10 €/Übernachtung. Whirlpool oder Außenwhirlpool gegen einen Aufpreis von 100 €. Der Mieter muss die Endreinigung durchführen. Für nicht durchgeführte Endreinigung berechnen wir 80 €.

Für alle, die eine wandernde Seele haben. Dieser High-End-Camper verfügt über einen Kamin und eine Haushaltstechnik. Die Lage neben der Dorfstraße stört diejenigen, die aus Städten kommen, nicht und im Gegenzug hast du einen Blick auf den See und einen natürlichen Sandstrand, wo du den nördlichen Tag und das Jahr verfolgen kannst. Nach einem aktiven Tag kannst du dich in der Wärme des Kamins, der Sauna oder des heißen Pools entspannen. Oder am Strand, am Lagerfeuer, wo du deine Gedanken in die dunkle, sternenübersäte Nacht flüstern kannst, wenn alles um dich herum still ist.

Die Cottages im Dorf der Stille wurden vor 30 Jahren handgeschnitzt. Im Jahr 2023 wurden die Hütten komplett renoviert. Das Ferienhaus verfügt über eine private Toilette, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Auf der Terrasse der Hütte befindet sich ein holzbeheizter Whirlpool, der separat bestellt werden kann. Es gibt ein Hauptgebäude in der Gegend, wo du ein Restaurant mit einem Recht findest, das Frühstück serviert und auf Anfrage Abendessen zubereitet. Es gibt auch separate Toiletten und Duschen für Frauen und Männer im Haupthaus.

Das Fehlen unnötiger Lichter in der Umgebung bietet den perfekten Rahmen, um die Nordlichter zu beobachten. You have privacy, but the grocery store is just 5 mins away. Enjoy the winter activities in the Arctic Tundra: cross country skiing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, husky- and reindeer sledding. Make trips to Norway and see the Arctic Ocean. In the summer season, you can go fishing, mountain biking, and hiking.

No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee.
