Jede einzelne Wohneinheit ist aufgrund der Aufteilung mit jeweils eigener Terrasse auch angenehm alleine oder bis zu 4 Pers. zu bewohnen. Den Sandstrand von Skoutari erreicht man in zehn Minuten zu Fuß.
