Apartman se nalazi na prvom katu kuće pored mora, u ribarskom mjestu Tkonu, na otoku Pašmanu. S kopnom je povezan trajektnim linijama koje vam omogućuju posjet obližnjim nacionalnim parkovima. Tkon ima tržnicu, trgovine, market Tommy, kafiće, restorane, igrališta za djecu, liječnika i ljekarnu. Kuća ima jednu sobu, kupaonicu, kuhinju i blagovaonicu te terasu i roštilj. Voda za tuširanje i kuhanje dolazi iz spremnika. Električna energija je 220 V. Vodu i električnu energiju potrebno je racionalno koristiti.
