KT’s Cottage is located just minutes outside the city limits of Historical Downtown Live Oak and the beautiful Suwannee River. If you are passing through for business or to enjoy the area, I hope you will find our cottage’s accommodations are more than satisfactory. There is a queen bed downstairs as well as a queen in the loft, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. Coffee, tea & bottled water are included. Updated home on stilts located just 15 min upriver from the Suwannee state park & hidden springs (The River is accessible, but it is not easily accessible because the water fluctuates so much). The back deck sits 10 ft from the riverbank. The 4-acre property boasts plenty of mature trees w/ an old railroad bridge pillar for great photos. Frequently visited by deer, owls, & turkey. Potter on the Farm Alpacas, Mini-Donkeys & Goats

Harry Potter fans, wizards and muggles will love this magically themed spot! We are situated on 5 acres in the country in a very peaceful and safe location. Which house will you be selected for; the sorting hat will see to that! We have a huge butterfly garden on property, we have three firepit areas, tree swings, and a great area to take photos in the Area 51, where Aliens and Bigfoot hangout. Catch sight of wild deers, turkeys, cardinals, hummingbirds and of course our farm animals!

Pharmhouse

This farm house is located off the beaten path. It is a two story house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths(both down stairs). You will enjoy the butterflies, peacocks that roam the neighborhood, deer and lots of birds. We are down a dirt road but 7 miles to a Walmart and restaurants. We are located very near the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park where they have small to large music festivals. There are areas, in the back yard, that say private property. Please stay away from these areas.
