I offer venetian-styled quintuple rooms with a private bathroom ensuite in the heart of Venice (7 minutes away from San Marco/Rialto bridge) in a typical guesthouse from 17th century. All rooms are on the upper floors and there is no elevator. The checkin takes place from 15 - 19 o'clock (from 19 to 21 o'clock at an extra fee, no checkin after 21 o'clock). The local city tax of 3€ pppn is not included in the room price. From April to end of September we offer a breakfast in our alley (8,00€ pp).

Doppelhaushälfte, besteht am Erdgeschoss aus Wohnzimmer mit Kochnische und Sofabett fuer zwei Personen, Badezimmer. Das Dachgeschoss verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Stockbett, ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und ein weiteres Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine. Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Klimaanlage und Fernseher. Parkplatz und Garten. Für Familien reserviert, Jugendgruppen werden nicht akzeptiert. Es sind keine Haustiere erlaubt.
