Welcome! The house, located in the heart of Pallanza (less than a 5-minute walk from the lake) offers spacious and well-kept indoor and outdoor spaces. Equipped with all the essentials for your stay, you won't have to worry about a thing! In our small, flower-filled courtyard, you can relax by reading a book or enjoying a glass of wine, and during the warmer months, why not have lunch or dinner in complete tranquility. Given the extremely limited parking, the private garage is a real plus!

The guesthouse is situated up upon a hill inside a 8,000 m2 private park full of Azaleas, Rhododendrons, and huge Chestnut Trees an easy 15 min. drive from either Arona or Stresa. Lakeside beaches, excellent restaurants and shopping facilities are within the close vicinity by car. A huge natural reserve with peaks offering panoramic views of lakes and alps can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The guesthouse's 60 m2 ground-floor apartment has an arcade covered patio and its own gardens.

On the hills, among woods, meadows, cultivated fields and fruit trees, inside the Ticino Park, stands the Cascina Ronco dei Lari, which origins date back to 1700, renovated in 2022. You can appreciate the calm of the place, immerse yourself in nature, practice sports and enjoy moments of rural life just a stone's throw from Lake Maggiore and 40 minutes from Milan. It will be possible to benefit from the Cascina products such as berries, jams, juices, saffron, honey and vegetables.

La casa - 66 metri quadrati - ristrutturata con grande cura, è composta da: locale pranzo/cucina con veranda esterna affacciata sul giardino ; salotto, bagno di servizio e terrazzo con vista Lago ; camera da letto, con bagno annesso e abbaino con vista lago.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a liberty style house built in the early 1900s, completely renovated respecting the characteristics of the time and divided into 6 apartments for your holidays. The new and vintage-style furniture keeps the slightly retro flavor of the house intact, making each space special and unique. The opening of the entrances is with a code for an easy check-in. We have a space for the shelter of motorcycles, bicycles or other.

Jedes Zimmer hat einen Balkon mit herrlichem Blick auf den See und die Berge. Das Haus ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet.

Ad appena 25 km da Varese e a 35 km da Lugano si trova la “Casa dell’acero rosso”, la dimora ideale per le vostre vacanze. E’ situata a un centinaio di metri dal paesino di Arcumeggia a 600 metri di altezza nelle prealpi varesine. E’ una casa con ingresso indipendente e giardino privato; al piano terra c’è un terrazzo coperto con un delizioso tavolo in legno e, al piano primo, un ampio balcone con un comodo tavolo per cenare durante le serate estive.

La casa è immersa nella natura, raggiungibile solo a piedi a 300 metri dal parcheggio, ma molto vicina al lago e al borgo che offre arte e cultura, splendide viste panoramiche, ristoranti e spiaggia. Ti piacerà per la tranquillità e la vastità degli spazi, i panorami verso il lago e le montagne, l'intimità, il soffitto a vista, la comodità, l'ampio prato intorno. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari e famiglie con bambini.
