A private studio designed from a garage conversion, located in the up-and-coming West King District. Separate entry with keyless lock welcomes you to this comfortable, clean space with a queen size bed, your own bathroom, kitchenette, and 2 available parking spaces in the driveway. Mini-split AC cools and heats the studio comfortably. High speed internet, flat-screen tv with Netflix for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Bicycles for exploring our historic downtown less than 2 miles away.

This cute space is attached to our home yet has complete privacy. there is one bedroom with one queen size bed The living area has a dual reclining sofa and chair so comfy to watch tv or sit by the fireplace on chilly nights. The main living space also has a table and chairs to enjoy meals or use as workspace. kitchenette with Keurig coffee maker , coffee , microwave, toaster oven, and mini-fridge. There is a cooktop in the apartment. Great location only 6 blocks from the beach.1

Located less than 2 miles from Vilano beach and 2 miles from the heart of downtown, BH is located in one of St Augustine's most beautiful historic neighborhoods. The apartment is situated over the owner's detached garage and boasts a private entrance with a lush courtyard of tropical plants and its own outdoor shower to rinse off in after a long day at the beach.

A short drive to the beach. 5 minutes max. Easy to bike to, but a little far to walk

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: *This suite is apart of a duplex. It is attached to another Airbnb, however this Airbnb space is NOT shared with others. You will have this private place to yourself and just your guest will be in it with you. We all stayed at places while on vacation in cities that are far from entertainment at least once. The Riverside area is full of different restaurants, attractions, and entertainment options that will keep you full & entertained.

Vilano Beach Retreat- 2 minute walk to beach

Tucked away off the main road, in Vilano Beach, this peaceful retreat is across the street from the beach, not beachfront. Enjoy privacy and beauty. Beach access, 2 min walk across coastal highway. Bring a hammock to hang out in our yard under the tree. Don’t have one? We can provide one. Need to work? There is a separate area to focus on what you need. In addition to the ocean across the street, we are a few blocks from amazing sunsets on the river.
