The house has simply beautiful views of the beach, sea and sand dunes with extensive decking surrounded by glass balustrade where you can sit outside and enjoy the sea air. It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

Fantasy Island, Ingoldmells - 3 bed Holiday Home

This is a gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom double glazed holiday home that is moments walk from the popular Fantasy Island and sited on Coral Beach. Spacious enough for a gathering of 6 people, providing a home from home feel yet perfect for a smaller family to languish and enjoy a 'Seaside Escape'. We want you to enjoy our holiday home ( ok it's a caravan ! ) as much as we do so you should find pretty much everything you need. Van is NOT pet friendly sadly our Fur Babies need to stay at home.

Situated in Stickford at the base of the Lincolnshire Wolds this is a great place to explore Lincolnshire. Wonderful dog friendly beaches 25 minutes away with plenty of walking and fishing locally. The historic city of Lincoln is 45 minutes, and the seaside town of Skegness is 15 miles away. The caravan is situated in our garden which has a large pond so children must be supervised at all times. We have 3 dogs, 3 flightless ducks and free ranging chickens so visiting dogs must be on leads.

Located at Wren Farm, our brand new to 2023 luxury lodge situated besides the alpaca fields, with Wren Farm Desserts cafe on site. Also near beaches, Skegness, Chapel, Mablethorpe, etc. We are dog friendly! Fully stocked (cutlery) Has 1 double bed and a sofa bed that sleeps 2. Private bathroom with shower. ‘Little Barn’ at Spring Farm

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.

With unspoilt views over countryside, our former Chapel on the Lincolnshire Wolds doorstep offers the perfect place to enjoy a memorable relaxing stay. Visit all that this County has to offer, including miles of lovely beaches, followed by snug winter evenings in front of a Log Burner, or warm summer evenings relaxing on the Patio, perhaps observing the wildlife. There is a myriad of tracks and paths around for walkers and cyclists alike. We offer comfort with a homely feel.

The chalet has been designed to provide our guests with a home from home feeling.The chalet has its own secure private decking. It is located within a 5 minute walk from mablethorpe beach and there is a Pub with restaurant on site. Mablethorpe town is within a 10 minute walk with restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment including local attractions. Welcome basket is provided containing a welcome refreshment to help our guests get settled on their arrival. Pet friendly.

Mollie’s Cottage

Mollie’s Cottage is a single-storey barn conversion located just a 10-minute walk from the sandy beach at Chapel Point. There is an enclosed garden, perfect for relaxing in after a busy days’ adventure. It makes a great base for a family holiday at the east coast. Outdoor pursuits nearby include good walks and cycle routes. Some areas of the beach are dog friendly. Beach ¾ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile. One dog free per booking. 2 maximum (2nd dog chargeable)

Idyllic, rustic, quiet self contained private 1 bed Pod in the meadow style garden of a Victorian house on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds and also within walking distance of Horncastle market place, shops and amenities. Private entrance with self check in and own parking space, use of large garden, galley kitchen (with sink, small fridge, microwave), dining area and bedroom (double bed) with en-suite suitable for 1-2 adults only (sorry no children or pets).
