Guests have private use of the whole cottage, divorced front garden and patio, secure garage and parking area.

Able to accommodate 3 guests (3rd guest with an additional charge) with a unique 'reading nook' which can be made into a small single bed for a young child. Babies up to 2 years old are welcome (free of charge) with a travel cot and high chair supplied. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be made available.

Gressingham is a small, picturesque village and makes the perfect location for walkers, cyclists and those wanting a country break.
