The apartment has a glazed balcony and a comfortable living/working area, a private bathroom and a queen sized bed. Plenty of closet space for longer stays, a TV and a WiFi. Close to shops, restaurants and cafes/bakeries. Despite its rather central location, very quiet apartment. Good outdoor activities, rental bikes available next to the house.

Sonniger Balkon gegen Süden, helle Wohnung im obersten Stockwerk.

Enjoy the best of Helsinki! Completely renovated studio with A/C superbly located near everything. Great views over rooftops from the 5th floor (with elevator), but really peaceful. Next to the apartment are city-bike stations, tram- and buss stops as well as grocery shops, cafes and restaurants. You can walk to the seaside, and to sights as Olympic-stadion, Sibelius-park, Töölön-lahti bay-area. It's 2 km from the main railway station, 10min by tram. Also for long-term stays!

35m2 Studio

Cosy 35m2 studio in quiet place near Keskuspuisto forest (5min to the forest). Free parking on the road. Also famous Rodo park is in walking dictance. Short walking dictance to train station Huopalahti (11min, 850m), which prings you to city center and to the airport. Also the buses leave next to the door to city center (40 and 41, about 20min). If you need bed sheets, it cost 10e/ person. You can pay by: cash, mobile pay or through airbnb. Free Wifi in the house.

The apartment itself, including the views from the windows and the balcony, is not affected by the renovation. The apartment has been renovated in spring 2019 with a completely new kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. The kitchen should meet the demands of a good home cook. Basic amenities are always available, we will try to meet extra requests. Netflix is for free. The apartment is best suited for two adults but there is a couch in the living room that is spacious and comfortable enough for sleeping as well. House-trained pets are welcome. There is a balcony where smoking is allowed.
