Lymm Gem Family Guest House

Welcome to our little gem in Cheshire :) It’s lovely and tranquil but also excellent access to the main motorways. Lymm is a really lovely village to visit with lots of quaint pubs, the ‘Penny’ dam, historic Bridgewater canal, and the Transpennine Trail which is excellent for family cycling and dog walking. You get a full guest house with a master bedroom with double bed and ample room and storage, and a bunk bed with two single beds. There is a sofa bed also available downstairs.

Fairhouse barn

This charming Barn conversion half an hour from both Manchester and Liverpool. Chester is an hour away and a little further you can enjoy the Lake District that is if you have enjoyed the log burner, the fire pit with retractable awning for those cooler nights, the hot tub with a glass of champagne. Take your chances with 7ft pool/air hockey or table tennis against friends and family in the games room. Have a lovely meal in the dinning room or a snack in the kitchen/conservatory .

Ground floor at The Manse

This self-contained flat with its own entrance is on the ground floor of our beautiful Victorian home, The Manse. One large bedroom contains a king size bed and day bed (converts to 2 single beds) perfect for a family, friends sharing or a comfortable longer stay. A double sofa bed in the living space adds flexibility. Five minutes walk in to Altrincham and 10 mins walk to the Metro, with trams direct to central Manchester. 15 mins drive to the airport and Cheshire countryside.

This delightful “Guest Studio” is situated just a short 3 minute stroll from the centre of Lymm village, where you will find good restaurants, pubs & bars. The “Guest Studio” is at the end of our garden and therefore separated over 100 yards from our main house. You will have your own separate entrance and there is a guest private parking space immediately outside. The “Guest Studio” overlooks our garden which you are more than welcome to use in the vicinity of the “Studio”.
