My tour of Berlin is very different than the usual Politically correct BS. Actually, think of this as the Politically incorrect tour of Berlin, so feel free to bring along your favorite rude jokes when joining us. It will be full of bad language and bad taste jokes-while paying respect where it is due. No snowflakes allowed! Our exploration will involve memorials, monuments and graves, along with churches and parks. We will discuss a mix of history, current events, local cuisine, the best spots for a cold German beer by the city center of Berlin. Be prepared to be socially active. Other things to note The tour is meant for adults, 18 or older. Each guide will be identified with a small yellow flag and our name!

I would like to invite you for a 2.5 hour workshop, to paint together, to discuss art and music, and to get acquainted with Berlin’s unique Techno scene. This workshop is meant for you to express your creativity. You won’t need to buy materials and you don’t need to have prior painting experience. You just need to show up and enjoy the process. In the end you will have a beautiful work of art (acrylic on canvas), made by you, ready to be hung on your walls. How it goes: First we will explore the creative process, and decide on the color palette for each person. Then we will absorb ourselves in the music and learn how to translate its energy into painting. You will be personally instructed in the unique technique and the use of colors. We will begin to work in layers of color. You will be immersed in the creative process, forgetting your everyday life and expressing your inner playfulness. We will take one break to dry the layers, discuss the process, evaluate the outcome so far and decide how to proceed. During the break drinks will be served. While we're painting I will gladly share the "secrets" of Berlin's club culture. Discussing the dress codes and door policies of the major clubs, where I party every weekend. Other things to note Please contact me if you are a group. I have ability to host groups up to 8 people, but details need to be discussed first.

Du willst es etwas einzigartiges Ausprobieren während Du in München bist? Dann solltest Du dich ans river surfing heran trauen und es mit mir auf einer der drei Münchner Wellen probieren. Je nach Vorerfahrung und Mut wählen wir die passende Welle und treffen uns dort. Ich bringe dir einen Neopren-Anzug mit. Wir schlüpfen in die zweite Haut, gehen die Grundregeln durch und ich teile Wissenswertes aus 10 Jahren Flusssurf-Erfahrung, damit dir der Einstieg schnell gelingt! Auf dem Wasser sind wir je nach Jahreszeit und Ausdauer für ca. 45min. Danach wieder zurück in die trockenen Klamotten und falls es passt gerne noch auf ein Bierchen in einem meiner Lieblingsbiergärten oder Cafes unweit der Welle... Ansonsten zu beachten Du musst schwimmen können. Kein Scherz: es gab Interessenten, die nicht schwimmen konnten und dennoch surfen lernen wollten... eins nach dem anderen ;)

In meiner Werkstatt hast du die Möglichkeit, in einem Zeitfenster von 2 Stunden dein eigenes kleines Schmuckstück zu kreiieren. Dabei ist mir besonders wichtig, dass du individuell nach deinem Geschmack alles aussuchen darfst. Ich lasse dich auf Schatzsuche gehen und du kannst alle Werkzeuge vorher ausprobieren. Auch wenn du vorher keine konkrete Idee hast, helfe ich dir und zeige dir was alles so möglich ist. Ich empfehle in diesem doch knappen Zeitfenster in Silber zu arbeiten. Wenn Silber für dich keine Option ist und du gern in Gold (ca. 95,-€ pro Gramm) arbeiten möchtest, dann finden wir da auch einen Weg. Du solltest natürlich keine Scheu vor Hammer, Feile und Säge haben und auch das Spiel mit dem Feuer kann teil des Workshops sein. Ich garantiere dir, dass du danach um eine tolle Erfahrung reicher bist. ;-)

Bei einem kleinen Spaziergang werden wir am Wegesrand wachsende Wildpflanzen vorstellen und Interessantes über ihre Verwendung in der Küche und der Hausapotheke berichten. Wie wäre es statt eines gehaltlosen und möglicherweise mit Chemie behandelten Kopfsalats mit einem Wildkräutersalat aus Löwenzahn, Giersch und Vogelmiere? Statt eines aromatisierten Schwarztees mit einem Tee aus Brombeerblättern, Ringelblumenblütenblättern und Minzeblättern? Oder vielleicht ein leckerer Brotaufstrich mit Giersch? Ein Pesto aus Hirtentäschelkraut? Holunderblütensirup? Vogelbeerchutney? Schlehenlikör? Und vielem mehr? Bei all dem bieten uns die Wildpflanzen eine Fülle von wertvollen Inhaltsstoffen, die häufig in unserer täglichen Ernährung fehlen. Auf die Zusammenhänge möchten wir ebenso aufmerksam machen wie auf die unendlich vielen Möglichkeiten, leckere und gesunde Gerichte zu zaubern. Darüber hinaus beweist die Verwendung in der Volksmedizin über Jahrhunderte hinweg, dass uns viele Pflanzen gesundheitlich unterstützen und helfen können. Auch hierzu werden wir verschiedene Tipps und Hinweise geben. Die Entdeckung führen wir grundsätzlich auf Deutsch durch. Auf Anfrage ist auch Englisch möglich.

So, here's the plan: You get to become part of one of the biggest and most fun stand comedy shows in English in Berlin! And it's all on a boat! It's a fun, vibrant, energetic and friendly show - EVERY Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. We'll have pre-show drinks and then enjoy a great line up of Open Mic comics doing 5-7 minutes of material and an awesome headliner to top it all off. After that we'll have some relaxed drinks at the bar where we mingle and you get to know the comics and the other people joining the experience in a more private setting. So, ask all those questions you've had but never dared to ask about comedy. Other things to note You can smoke on deck, but not in the bar. The bar is cash-only, so they don't accept cards. I will be touring you around the central Berlin area, and the famous and visually pleasing districts in Berlin, all the while doing photoshoots in various spots. Locations will vary from the popular ones like Berliner Dom to some of the hidden gems that most people won't be able to find and we'll learn more about these places too! The session will be casual, fun, and interactive. Feel free to choose the clothing style you desire. Don't worry if you're not sure how to pose, I will guide you. The most important thing is having a great time and capturing the moments on camera for you. As a gift *You will be receiving at least 30 high-resolution edited photos and all of the pictures without editing. A 1-hour beginner-friendly workshop creating beautiful custom-designed items using natural materials. I will provide you with silicon trays for modeling, colors, powder, and knowledge of how to create them yourself. The idea is that you can build one shape that you decide and you can bring it home or give it to someone as a gift. Please note that the duration of the workshop may vary depending on the participants' speed, and it could take more than 1 hour in some cases. The workshop would take place in my apartment in Gesundbrunnen, Berlin. I hope with this experience I would make your stay in Berlin more unique and special. Hope to see you here! :)

Entspannung und Ruhe - beides finden wir in der Nähe von Pferden. Begleite mich bei einem Besuch meiner Pferde und spüre die Kraft der Tiere. Gemeinsam beobachten wir die Kommunikation der Pferde untereinander und kümmern uns um die Pflege meiner verschmusten Ponys Luna und Pauline. Genieße mit mir die Nähe der beiden und stelle behutsam eine Verbindung her. Streicheln und kraulen tragen zur Entspannung auf beiden Seiten bei. Auf einem gemeinsamen Spaziergang durch den Naturpark Lahn-Dill-Bergland festigen wir das Band zwischen euch. Bewege dich im Tempo des Ponys und nimm deine Umwelt aus einer anderen Perspektive wahr. Wir bewegen uns achtsam zwischen Bäumen, Feldern und Wiesen und lassen die Natur auf uns wirken. Körper und Seele kommen zur Ruhe und tanken neue Kraft.

Waldbaden? Bäume umarmen? Im Wald Spazierengehen kann ich doch auch allein? Wir möchten dazu einladen, das Waldbaden näher kennenzulernen. Insgesamt werden wir etwa 1,5 km langsam und bewusst gehend auf einem Waldpfad unterwegs sein. Dabei werden wir an verschiedenen Stellen für jeden geeignete Übungen zur Entspannung, Entschleunigung und Achtsamkeit anbieten. Wir leiten zu kurzen Meditationen an und lassen auch Elemente aus indianischem Heilwissen einfließen. Mit allen Sinnen nehmen wir den Wald wahr, lauschen den Geräuschen, erblicken kleine Wunder der Natur, erfühlen Blätter und Rinde. Während dieser Entdeckung werden wir auch von uns selbst verfasste Märchen hören, deren Inhalte uns noch intensiver in den Wald eintauchen lassen werden. Waldbaden dient dem Stressabbau und der Immunstärkung. Nach diesen Erfahrungen wird der nächste "Spaziergang" in den Wald ganz sicher die Herzen öffnen - und vielleicht mag man dann auch einfach mal einen Baum umarmen! Ansonsten zu beachten: Bitte keine Hunde mitbringen. Das Handy sollte unterwegs nicht verwendet werden.
