Iako blizu centra i plaža, kuća je u potpunosti okružena maslinama, zelenilom i netaknutom prirodom. Kuća veličine 52 kvadrata nalazi se u 600 kvadrata ograđenom objektu. Gostima su također na raspolaganju 2 - 4 parking mjesta u sklopu dvorišta. Objekt je 2017. godine završen te je unutra sve potpuno novo (kupatilo, kuhinja, sobe...). Prostrana glavna spavaća soba se prostire preko cijele gornje etaže objekta. Gostima je na raspolaganju vanjski roštilj te balkon u sklopu apartmana.
