Casa Isabella -a cook's and garden lovers paradise

Cosy countryside villa/cabin/tiny house, sleeps 2 (+1 child in cot or sofa bed - please ask), panoramic views of historic Noto (3 mins drive, 20 mins walk) & Iblei mountains, exceedingly well-equipped cook's kitchen (+log stove, w/m, d'washer) with herb garden & seasonal fruit trees on the surrounding land. La mini suite si trova all'interno di un giardino in fase di realizzazione di una villa principale di nuova costruzione. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trova il lido Arenella e la spiaggia libera dell'Arenella accanto al lido, la migliore zona di mare con sabbia presente a Siracusa. Nella struttura è presente un dolcissimo cane di razza Golden Retriver che ama giocare con tenerezza con i nostri ospiti

Das kleine Ferienhaus Il Pino, liegt zusammen mit 2 weiteren Ferienhäusern, in einer ruhigen, typisch südländisch angelegten Parkanlage, direkt am Meer. Zur Ausstattung gehören 2 separate Schlafzimmer, eine Küche, Dusche + WC, Wifi, TV + Klimaanlage (Küche). Im Aussenbereich befinden sich zwei kleine Terrassen, einer überdachte und eine Sonnenterrasse. Eine Aussendusche gehört ebenfalls mit dazu. Casetta Romanello - relax sul terrazzo con vista

Una comoda casetta di 35mq dallo stile curato e minimalista, che include una camera ampia completa di letto matrimoniale in un’alcova ariosa e di due divani letto singoli, un bagno completo con doccia e un ampio terrazzo con vista su mandorli e ulivi di oltre 100mq, in cui si trova la cucina esterna. La Casetta si trova a breve distanza da Casa Romanello, la nostra altra proprietà con cui condivide la bella piscina, ma ha spazi aperti separati che ne garantiscono la privacy.

The cottage is about three kilometers from the sea, Noto and Marzamemi are equidistant about 15 minutes by car.
