Zagara is part of a group of five cottages in an old 1725 farmhouse in the wonderful Calaforno Park. The sleeping area consists of a quality double bed and a bathroom with a very spacious shower. Zagara is a studio cottage. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere where you will discover the beauty of life. The beautiful garden is the perfect place to have a drink leaving you attract by the typical scents of the Mediterranean bush. A lovely atmosphere, in full harmony with the pristine nature of the Park of Calaforno. Evocative and fascinating is the atmosphere generated by the swimming pool, ideal for relaxing, to be pampered by the sun, to play with your children and to be regenerated in the embrace of the water. Ristrutturato a Giugno 2017, Il monolocale 2 di Casina Lanterne è uno dei monolocali vicini e speculari di 32mq ciascuno, dotato di ingresso indipendente, cucina soggiorno con divano-letto, piano cottura a induzione, stufa a legna e bagno. Il soppalco accoglie il letto matrimoniale e offre la possibilità di aggiungere un letto singolo. La cucina esterna, la zona barbecue, la piscina sono di uso comune.Parcheggio nel cortile interno

Das kleine Ferienhaus Il Pino, liegt zusammen mit 2 weiteren Ferienhäusern, in einer ruhigen, typisch südländisch angelegten Parkanlage, direkt am Meer. Zur Ausstattung gehören 2 separate Schlafzimmer, eine Küche, Dusche + WC, Wifi, TV + Klimaanlage (Küche). Im Aussenbereich befinden sich zwei kleine Terrassen, einer überdachte und eine Sonnenterrasse. Eine Aussendusche gehört ebenfalls mit dazu. Magnolia guest room -Holiday in the garden

In prossimità del centro abitato di Modica, all'interno di un grande giardino di carrubi ed olivi , nella dependance della nostra casa , è stata realizzata una camera per ospiti, con ingresso privato e dotata di ogni confort. A disposizione dei nostri ospiti la condivisione del parcheggio ,del giardino e nel periodo primavera estate della piscina per il vostro relax.
