Dive into the plunge pool with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea. For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

A fully equipped bathroom and kitchen are housed in the restored old stable ruin, located next to the tent. Guests can enjoy the private pool and a hammock overlooking the sea. Just 15/20min walk from the village, easily accessible yet still secluded and surrounded by nature. Incantevole appartamento privato a Recco, sito al piano superiore di una caratteristica casa rustica ristrutturata nel 2017. Parcheggio privato con accesso diretto al vialetto di ingresso; bagno con doccia; zona giorno ampia e luminosissima con divano letto, cucina e balcone con completa vista mare; piano superiore con camera da letto, armadio, scrivania e cassettiera. La casa dispone di un ampio terrazzo oltre che di un giardino. L'ingresso indipendente consente il distanziamento sociale.

Casa immersa nel verde, in Comune di Borzonasca, all'interno del Parco Aveto. Dista circa 20 km da Chiavari e dal mare. Ideale per gli amanti della natura, della privacy e del relax. IMPORTANTE: durante la stagione invernale la casa è riscaldata con caldaia a pellet ubicata nel locale lavanderia che viene gestita da noi. In una delle due stanze si trova un caminetto a pellet e per il suo utilizzo viene richiesto pagamento a parte (consumo del pellet)
