This fully loaded home in the Arlington part of Jacksonville is 18 miles from the JAX Airport, 8 minutes from Downtown, TIAA Stadium (Jaguar Stadium) and the VyStar Arena. 11 miles from Atlantic Beach, 14 miles from Mayo Clinic, I-295, UNF & JU are also a short drive away. Located just a short ocean breeze (one block) from the beach with a shared pool, this 3 bed 2.5 bath townhome is your ticket to the coastal charms of Amelia Island. Take a walk to the next-door Surf Restaurant, take an easy stroll to my favorite beach on the island, or relax to the sound of crashing waves from one of the 2 lovely decks. It is an easy walk to the restaurants, bars, and shopping district of Jax Beach while maintaining enough distance for peace and relaxation. It features a backyard fire pit, games, and beach toys!
