Since the property is in rural Sussex, it is best to have a car at one’s disposal. However, short distances to venues such as Leonardslee and South Lodge can easily be reached on foot or by a 5-minute taxi ride.

"The Little Annex" is completely self-contained with private access, a kitchenette, work space, double (4' 6") bed, en-suite shower room (with modern digital shower), fast wifi, and driveway parking. Unwind at this unique and tranquil getaway, just 15 minutes drive from Gatwick airport. Enjoy a break in the grounds of a Grade II listed C14th barn. Stay in our beautiful orchard room, nestled snuggly in the ancient orchard, which is home to some wonderful wildlife. This can be enjoyed from the terrace or whilst having a soak in the bath. Based in West Sussex we are a fantastic base for exploring the South Downs, Surrey Hills or just a ramble to one of our village pubs!
