We understand a Clarion Call to be a clear, urgency in the spirit to move and to act with haste. The Clarion was an loud, shrill instrument similar to a signaled time to go into battle. The renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage sits on nearly an acre of south-facing waterfront property, affording a sense of privacy along with sunrise and sunset views. We’ve owned in the same neighborhood in St. Mary's County since 2005 and are eager to show guests why we love it here. Our warmly decorated guest suite is attached to but fully separate from the main part of our home, with its own private entrance. The suite includes a spacious bedroom, large bathroom and separate living/sleeping area with a TV, mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, and Keurig. An adjacent laundry room is available for your use upon request (FOC). The small deck, patio and fully fenced yard are included for your exclusive use. Parking is available on the street right out front of our home.

This serene cabin is on the Ingleside Vineyard's property. Have a glass or two of wine and walk around the vineyards and then retreat to your own private a-frame cabin oasis. A beautiful view of the Roxsbury Estate where abundant wildlife can be viewed all around the property and the pond is stocked and ready to be fished. Within driving distance to wineries, Stratford Hall, George Washington & James Monroe's birthplace, Westmoreland State Park, and the beach town of Colonial Beach.

Our area is rich in Civil War history with lots of great places to dine, shop, or catch a Fredericksburg National game at the ballpark. Close to I95 for a trip to Washington, DC (60 mi) or south to Richmond. Kitchenette but no stove. Microwave.
