Appledore has been freshly decorated throughout and has everything you need for a relaxing city break, including a small patio garden. Appledore is a 5min walk to the Quay, 15 mins walk to town, with free on-street parking. Its 2min walk from a beautiful wisteria tunnel park and cafe .

An ideal base for a city break, or from which to explore the beautiful Devon coastline (25 mins drive to Exmouth and the famous Jurassic Coast) or the spectacular wilds of Dartmoor.

Regular buses into Exeter and the village has a shop,PO and pub that does takeaways and Sunday roast. Lots of lovely walks on the doorstep and very private. Suitable for a couple or individual.

The Apartment A spacious self-contained apartment joining the main house. Lovely country views, ideal for either a quiet getaway, exploring the Devon countryside or business trip. Exeter City centre is only 15 mins drive with Exeter Airport and the M5 - J29 & J30 also less than 10 mins drive. We are in close proximity to Rockbeare Manor wedding venue. We are ideally suited if flying from Exeter Airport. There is also a train station at Cranbrook on the Waterloo line 5 mins away.

The property is right next to the bus stop and the train station is a 5 minute walk. convenience store and takeaways right on the door step as well as a pub which serves food. Our house is perfectly situated for visiting all that Exeter has to offer. It sits just below the old city wall across the road from the River Exe, just a short walk from the centre with all its shops, eateries and historic features. Or use the Miller's Crossing footbridge opposite, and stroll along the river to the old Quay. There is a rear garden and - a real bonus - a designated parking space in a private car park behind the house.
