This quaint cottage in the beautiful village of Alderton has been refurbished to a high standard, an open plan living area including a kitchen/diner leading into a living space .Off the hallway is a downstairs WC. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with king size bed, the second with twin beds and a family bathroom. The outside space offers a small pretty area to relax, read, eat, & drink wine. This idyllic village has everything on offer, a village shop, pub & play park in stunning setting.

A two bedroom barn with views overlooking the field that the barn is named after. The barn includes a large open plan kitchen living room, with under floor heating throughout. There are two large bedrooms with super king beds that can be turned into singles upon request. One bedroom has an en suite shower room and the other is positioned next to the main bathroom which includes a rain shower and free standing bath. We are situated within a stone throw of the Cotswolds and Stratford upon Avon.

This light and airy apartment has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, a separate king-sized bedroom with en-suite shower room. Situated above the garage to the side of the main property, with ample parking, the apartment has pleasant views and is only a few minutes walk from the ancient village church with many country walks from the door. You can enjoy the evening sun on the private patio.

The former servants wing of a larger house, has its own 2 acres of fully fenced dog field and walks in every direction. Just 20 minutes to Stratford Upon Avon, Broadway and Chipping Campden. 30 minutes to Cheltenham Races and 50 minutes to Birmingham Airport. Beautifully decorated from top to bottom in 2023. Breakfast, dinner and dog sitting can be arranged for a separate fee.
