Tuscan Nature Views From Casa Gave

The house consists of two apartments within a wing of the Gave manor house in Sorana, a little village in the heart of Svizzera Pesciatina in Tuscany. Far from the crowd of cities, it's the right place where to escape and find relax. Admire the original wood beam ceilings and wooden fixtures while sitting around the indoor fireplace or spend a sunny afternoon out in the garden under the pergola or in the swimming pool surrounded by the olive trees terraces (airbnb.com/h/casagavenaturarelax). The apartment, with separate entrance, is composed as follows: - kitchen-living room with wood burning fireplace complete with all appliances, microwave, kettle and TV; - double bedroom with wardrobe and sofa bed. Removable baby bed available on request; - bathroom with toilet, shower and bidet. The property was completely renovated in 2017 respecting the original features, such as ceilings with chestnut beams, local stone walls, chestnut window frames and wrought iron gates. The furniture are made of wood recovered from the original beams. Outside there are a pergola covered by a wisteria where you can relax or eat and a bbq available for lunches and dinners. A ping-pong table and table football are also available. As we live next to the apartment we are available for any need of the guest. The home is in a natural setting with multiple areas for scenic hikes to enjoy. Take a trip to the amazing Lucca or to the Montecarlo vineries, or to the seaside in Versilia, have a spa day at Montecatini Terme, visit the Pinocchio Park in Collodi, and enjoy authentic cuisine at the local restaurants. WIFI connection available. Crockery, linen and towels provided. Pets welcome. Reserved parking. Breakfast on request.

The House Next Door

We are right next door, so we will be neighbours. The houses are separated though and you will have complete freedom, with the advantage of having someone nearby. Restored in 2021, the property is a farmhouse from the late 1800s, in an area that not so long ago was countryside and is now a peaceful area of the city. Alongside the rustic wooden beams and red bricks are an external area and a spacious lounge and dining area. Comforts such as air conditioning, wifi and private parking are included.

Il monolocale è situato in un ex convento, all'interno di una silenziosa corte nel centro strorico di Firenze. La casa è al primo piano al quale si accede unicamente con scale. E' costituita da unico locale (oltre al bagno con finestra) con angolo cottura e soppalco a cui si accede con scala a tre gradini sul quale è posto un letto matrimoniale. Su richiesta, possibilità di usufruire della poltrona-letto singola per terzo ospite. Posizione centrale a pochi passi dalle attrazioni della città.

Podere Piagge is located near Reggello, officially nominated the "olive oil town". It is completely immersed in the countryside, in a scenery of both classical Tuscan views like olive tree fields and vineyards, and surprising and wilder landscapes like woods and cliffs. The park surrounding the house counts many olive trees and a beautiful 10x6 m (40x16 ft) swimming pool you can enjoy from end of May to late September. The overall surroundings are simply an invitation to relax!

La nostra piccola struttura è situata nel cuore della Maremma, si trova a 10 km dallo splendido mare dell'Argentario e a 15 Km dal suggestivo parco naturale della Maremma. Ci troviamo a 45 km dalle famose terme di Saturnia. A soli 12 Km da Grosseto. La nostra è una struttura 100%100 pet friendly, che offre un ampio giardino per i nostri ospiti e i loro amici a quattro zampe. I locali sono climatizzati. Das Haus befindet sich in der Nähe vom Fußweg N.1 nach Monterosso, Cinque Terre. Der Strand und das Zentrum sind 2 km entfernt, 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Parken direkt in der Straße möglich. Innamorati dello splendido paesaggio storico e naturale che circonda questa abitazione, agriturismo immerso nel verde ubicato a circa 13km da Castiglione della pescaia nei pressi di Vetulonia, terra madre della popolazione etrusca. Oltre alle spiagge cristalline di Castiglione della Pescaia,vi consigliamo di non farvi scappare una visita alle tombe etrusche, Diaccia Botrona e i trekking della zona.
