Virginia Creeper Trail, Clinch WMA, The Channels Natural Area Preserve, Hungry Mother State Park nearby. Secluded comfort and privacy is what you'll find.

NO CLEANING FEES. NO TO DO LISTS BEFORE CHECKING OUT. NO PET FEES. Cozy, private one room cottage (with bathroom), run by a loving, easy-going, non-judging family. Cottage measures 12' x 24' (total of 288sq. feet). Very relaxed environment. Flat rate of $50.00. UPDATE: Deck is now enclosed with old window panes. Super cozy. Has a sink with hot/old water, a hot plate, large toaster oven, and utensils. I am am still putting finishing touches on it, but available for use. Pictures soon.

The River House is a quiet two story farm house that sits on the South Fork of the Holston River. It is halfway between the trail town of Damascus and historic Abingdon. Enjoy the relaxing wrap around porch where you can hear and see the sights of the river. A short walk from the driveway is the Virginia Creeper Trail, the perfect place to hike, bike, or just walk with family. Fish along the bank of the river or take a short trip to the town of Abingdon to visit the Barter Theatre.

She's ON the Creeper Trail with all the amenities of a full-size home, but in a smaller package: hot+cold water; electricity; full kitchen with compact fridge; HEAT; A/C; +a cute little bathroom with toilet+shower. Perfect for 2 people (over 12 years old+under 6 feet tall). *No pets, please. Two parking spaces (one behind the other). NO CLEANING FEE.

Enjoy the Blueridge Mountains where you can hike bike and fish . And unwind to great view from covered porch . There are 7 step to enter with plenty of free parking. We are dog friendly limit 2, bowls and bed provided .
