Amberley Coach House, nr Stroud

Beautiful Cotswolds village setting high on a hill between the towns of Nailsworth (2 miles) and Stroud (3 miles). Wifi. No kitchen facilities but there's a kettle and big coolbox. Moments from gorgeous National Trust common land. Three pubs, a hotel and a shop/café in the church within 5-20 minutes' walk. Step-free access via garden.

The Summerhouse is a detached stone cottage, situated in a stunning hillside location, set within it's own large private garden. It has a log burner , with logs supplied, for cosy nights by the fire , Netflix on a smart tv , and everything you need for a relaxing break. There is a small country pub The Kings Head within a 5 minute walk. The cottage has the benefit of off road parking on a shared drive. A great base to explore Cirencester , Stroud and many lovely surrounding villages.

Upstairs is a bedroom with vaulted ceiling and ensuite shower room. The Folly is charming, spacious and with underfloor heating and full insulation it is a comfortable and relaxed home from home. With a comfortable lounge and well equipped kitchen downstairs, luxurious bedroom and en suite shower room upstairs and suntrap terrace for morning coffee it is ideal for 2 but can take 4 at a squeeze. Nick, your host lives 2 minutes walk away, and is happy to recommend things to do and see.
