The Blue Room is in what was an old bakery, now pottery, on Paternoster row, in the ancient Devon town of Ottery St. Mary. One antique double bed., The sea at Sidmouth is about six miles away. Glorious countryside, walking cycling, antique hunting and just relaxing. Loads of places to explore, Pubs and Inns to find, Ancient Mediaeval Church, Famous Poet and the Burning Tar barrels. We now have a Beaver family creating great interest on the river Otter. There is a safe pace to keep bicycles.

We live in our Country home surrounded by our gardens and the glorious South Devon countryside. We live on the first floor of the property, whist guests will enjoy a large Super-king bedroom,Twin room , or Double room (a choice of bedrooms for one couple,family or guest bubble ) inc private bathroom , private lounge & own entrance ,all are located on the ground floor with Country views. We live at Prospect Cottage with 2 cats, you will be staying in the house with us. The 2 bedrooms for BnB are in the cottage(a 3rd king size bedroom is possible upon request) We are close to Bristol airport, Bath, The Pig and Priston Mill. A quiet village location. The village has a pub, The Butchers Arms and a small village shop/cafe 2 bedrooms each with double bed, sleeps up to 4, sharing a tiny ensuite shower and a small downstairs loo. Top floor is private(unless booked for a 5/6th person)

We are now offering an optional extensive continental breakfast. We are happily dog friendly.

En-suite bedroom on ground floor with king sized double bed, door leading to 2 single beds (cot available). Bath and shower. Nearby there is free parking from 4pm until 11am from May until the end of September if there is a space available. (2hrly during day). Winter parking free.
