The coach house is in a rural village near the river Avon halfway between Coventry and Rugby. Within walking distance are fishing, horse riding, walking, pubs, restaurants, local shops, bus stops. Nearby are several theatres, cinemas, riding stables, museums, leisure facilities, soft play areas, castles, nature reserves, universities & more. There are takeaways and a variety of supermarkets within 1 to 2 miles. Rental prices are seasonal with weekly/monthly rates. The owner & cleaner live nearby

Whole Flat for you with its own access. - Driveway space included - Modern Kitchen was washer dryer - Modern Shower - Close to Coventry Canal - Close to George Elliot Hospital - Short walk away from Town Centre - TV firestick with Netflix and Disney + - Wi-Fi - Hairdryer in bathroom cupboard - Ironing board and Iron in Bedroom Wardrobe - Bike holder & wall hoop outside It’s a quite place with quiet hours between 10pm to 8am. One bedroom converted dairy in Willoughby

A charming, cosy self contained one bedroom cottage situated adjacent to our home & sharing the drive. The bedroom can be made up as a twin or s/king sized double, please tell us in advance which you’d prefer. (Last minute bookings with less than 48 hours notice will not have the option to request this, sorry). (Air bed for 3rd guest. ) Pets are welcome but there is no space to let them off the lead as the patio area isn’t enclosed so you will need to take them for a walk. Lockbox self check in.

Compact shower room, small hand basin/w.c. Desk/breakfast bar power sockets. Kingsize bed. Easy walk to Rugby railway station Town-5 minute walk. Wifi/ Freeview Please ask for unlisted items if needed. Laundry next door- washing machine available from 08:00 until 19:00. Dryer/ hanging rail on request.
